Joe Holder is the founder of The Ocho System, an integrative wellness strategy that seeks to help people improve their personal health by focusing on their physical health first. Joe's time as a student-athlete at the University of Pennsylvania, coupled with his upbringing, made him take a wide-ranging view on modern wellness. Yea also serves as a health and wellness expert for Dyson, Nike Master Trainer/personal trainer, co-founder of non-profit System of Service, wellness columnist for GQ, and recently launched a MasterClass. Miki Ash was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and has been teaching yoga for 15 years. She has lived and taught yoga, breathwork, meditation, movement and connection all over the world. Her classes are uplifting and playful as well as functional and grounding. She is the founder of wellness app, The How.

Donnachdh Vineyards
Donnachadh is a family-owned vineyard and winery in the Sta. Rita Hills AVA of Santa Barbara County, specializing in organically farmed Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, and Gamay Noir. Founded by Drew and Laurie Duncan, the 285-acre property was purchased to produce elegant, balanced wines. They planted a 40-acre vineyard in 2013, focusing on quality over quantity. With winemaker Ernst Storm, Donnachadh released its first wines in 2016, earning critical acclaim and building a reputation for its site-driven, character-rich wines.
Costa Palmas members and guests will have the opportunity to sample Donnachadh wines at all special dinners at Nursery, Mozza, and Lucha Libre. Additionally, they can enjoy tastings on the golf course at Hole 10 during the tournament, as well as join an exclusive wine tasting led by General Manager and Advanced Sommelier, Vilma Mazaite.
Allegrini Vineyard
The Allegrini Family has been a prominent force in the history of Fumane and Valpolicella Classica since the 16th century, passing down a rich tradition of vine and wine cultivation. Committed to sustainability, Allegrini has earned Biodiversity Friend certification every year since 2017, recognizing their dedication to the care of both the vines and the surrounding ecosystem, including local animals and insects. In 2023, they also received Beekeeping certification, emphasizing their commitment to preserving these essential pollinators. The winery achieved Equalitas certification in 2019, demonstrating the sustainability of their entire supply chain, encompassing environmental, social, and economic considerations. In 2021, Allegrini furthered their sustainability efforts by implementing ongoing monitoring of water consumption in the vineyards and tracking their carbon footprint, with the goal of reducing and potentially neutralizing CO2 emissions through sustainable agronomic practices.

Chef Aurelien Legeay
Chef Aurelien Legeay, Maitre Cuisinier of France and co-owner of DUM restaurant in Todos Santos, brings a unique culinary experience rooted in sustainability and the rhythms of nature. Along with his wife, Paulina Noble, Chef Legeay founded DUM in 2020, with a focus on environmentally conscious practices, from resource management to waste reduction. At DUM, the menu evolves with the lunar cycle, with dishes inspired by the position of constellations and planets. Every new moon marks a fresh menu, offering both à la carte and tasting options cleverly named "New Moon" and "Full Moon." With a creative approach to flavors, textures, and colors, Chef Legeay’s cuisine surprises and delights, such as his playful oxtail with smoked carrot purée and innovative potato ravioli. Their culinary journey is a celebration of nature, flavor, and sustainability, and in 2024, Chef Legeay was awarded a Michelin Star.
